AVS-DEV Plugins — Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the cloud-powered features of the AVS-DEV family of plugins (the "Service"), operated by LEDLIGHTINGS LTD. ("AVStore", "we", "us"), str. Stefan Stambolov 1, Zlatograd, Bulgaria, VAT No. BG204173724. By installing a Plugin and using its cloud features, you (the site owner) agree to these Terms. Each Plugin's local features (stored entirely on your own site) are provided under the plugin's open-source licence (GPLv2 or later) and are not subject to these Terms except where they rely on the Service.
1. The Service
The Service provides the optional cloud features of the AVS-DEV plugins — AI-generated product recommendations and conversation, AI support chat, semantic product search, self-hosted licensing/updates, and a credit/usage accounting system — delivered through the AVStore API. The Service relies on third-party providers (Anthropic, Voyage AI, Supabase, Stripe) as described in our Privacy Policy: /avs-dev/privacy_en.
2. Accounts, plans and credits
- Where a Plugin offers paid features, the Service includes a free tier with a monthly credit allowance and one or more paid (PRO) plans and credit packs.
- One AI reply consumes one credit. Monthly allowances reset on a rolling 30-day cycle; purchased credit packs do not expire.
- Allowances, prices and limits may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Beta-period allowances are temporary and may be reduced when a beta ends.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- circumvent, forge, replay, or overload the Service's authentication, rate limits, or credit accounting;
- use automated means to generate requests other than a Plugin's normal operation;
- submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service to generate such content;
- resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate any installation that, in our reasonable judgement, abuses the Service or threatens its stability or cost, including by exploiting any publicly visible plugin credentials.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content your visitors submit and for complying with privacy law in your jurisdiction (see our Privacy Policy).
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it. The AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVSTORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
8. Refunds
Paid plans and credit packs are governed by the refund terms shown at checkout and by applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Zlatograd, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
